When you use the contact form, we collect: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), desired stay dates, number of guests and the content of your message.
Why we collect it
This data is used only to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare your booking (pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
It is neither sold nor used for advertising.
Recipients
Your data is received by the owners of the house. To operate, the website relies on technical providers: Resend, Inc. (sending the form message), Google (Gmail inbox that receives it) and Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting).
Transfers outside the European Union
These providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US data protection framework).
Retention period
Requests are kept for 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to gitelasalmonierelevallon@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and trackers
